Apartments in Yonkers near St Johns Riverside (New Rochelle, Hudson: safe neighborhood, school)

Hey guys, I'm a 24 year old male who will be doing medical school rotations at St Johns Riverside starting this summer. I'm just wondering if anyone here has any good input on possible apartments for me. Here are some of the criteria I'm trying to meet. Obviously not everything will be possible and I'm willing to compromise.

• Safe neighborhood
• Large building or complex
• Access to Manhattan by public transportation
• Parking for a car
• Studio or 1 bedroom

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Doesn't have to be in Yonkers alone, I've looked into the surrounding areas like New Rochelle and the Brox too but I really dont have much knowledge on any of these areas. Thank you!

There are a few complexes by the Yonkers train station that would meet your criteria - 66 Main is one, and Hudson Park is the other. 66 Main comes with indoor parking if you get a one-bedroom, and has all the expected amenities (gym, deck, public spaces, basketball court, doorman). 3 minute walk to train station and 25-30 min train to Manhattan. Should be about a 10 minute drive from the hospital.
