Moving to Somers - Any interior painter and hardwood floor recomendations? (house, closing)

Hi All,
We are closing on a house next week and need to paint the interior of the house. Looks like we will need to lay hardwood in 3 rooms and refinish the hardwood and re-do the stairs/banisters in the rest of the house.

Does anyone have any painters or hardwood recommendations?
