Looking for Home in Ardsley (house, schools, price)

Hello,
I found a place in Ardsley that I love, however, it's right off of I-87 south. Do you think I should be concerned? The backyard faces the highway, and I have 2 small children, not sure if I'm being overly paranoid. Thanks in advance for yourr opionions/thoughts!

Unless you are a complete looney case and throw your children onto the Thruway, they should be fine. that part of A Town is close to the Subway, Ardsley Market Fresh and the Car Wash. also close to Bee Line bus routes. Go for it, Ardsley schools are great.

Is it noisy? Are you getting for a price lower than a comparable house not on the highway. Keep in mind that you will have more trouble selling in a softer market.
