Summit at Dobbs Ferry (Ashford: apartments, place to live, buses)

Anyone have any information on the place or have lived there before? My fiancee and I are checking it out this weekend and I wanted to know if there was anything we should be aware of or to look out for. Thanks!

Commonly referred to as the beacon hill apartments by locals. they are aight. not too fancy, located near Ashford Ave and buses, also near the Chauncey square mini mall. Not a bad place to live but you can do better in Dobbs in the buildings closer to the water.
