Eastchester
Is Eastchester still a predominantly Italian neighborhood?

Hey,
I have relatives in Eastchester who are very Italian, garden & everything.!!! Nothing like growing your own Tomato. ( I do!!) They seem to be happy, but I will ask them how & if the neighborhoods are changing

I live in Eastchester. Italians are the largest ethnic group. But judging by the last names in my kids' school directories, Eastchester is not predominantly Italian. And as a non-Italian I certainly feel comfortable living here.
