Great Family & Dog Campgrounds? (Gardiner, Copake: movies, campground, swimming pool)

Any good family campgrounds that allow pets within an hour or two outside NYC area?

Looking for fun places that host things such as family movies under the stars, kids stuff, ice cream night, swimming pool etc. & those kinda things.

...you know, the kinda of campground that adults without children avoid like the plague

"No Dogs Allowed" is a deal breaker.
