Hello Folks,
I need some advice from you. I am planning to buy a 3 bed, 2.5 bath Townhouse (It's part of a Condominium). The Certificate of Occupancy shows 3 beds, 1.5 bath. The Condominium Offering plan/declaration shows 3 beds, 2.5 baths for this unit. Buyer Realtor says "Offering plan is considered Bible. Current Seller didn't make any modifications and they bought the townhouse like this in 2006.Lenders wont give trouble to you. You won't have issues selling this townhouse in the future. So Buy the townhouse". I am afraid to buy a townhouse that doesn't have CO for the 2nd bathroom. Data in Offering Plan supersedes CO data ? I would appreciate your input on this issue.
