House Prices in Westchester (Briarcliff Manor: real estate, apartment, countertops)

I just put my home on the market for $1.2 how are others in Westchester pricing there homes? My real estate agent thinks this is a fair price and I am pricing to sell, so I can move asap. Just curious.... being houses are high in my area and in lots of other parts of Westchester, is there anyone else selling a home in this price range?

It's impossible to reply: you need to provide concrete information such as your town, size of home, acreage, other amenities, etc. Everything is relative and depends on WHERE your home is.

I'm not asking you to rate my house - I've got professionals who have done that. I am asking a general questions to folks that live throughout Westchester that have their home currently at market for $1M+. I see lots of information on houses under that figure but none for us that have houses of higher value. Of course, the pool of potential buyers is less at this price range and I just wanted to get a feel for what they are going through selling there’s but to answer your questions a bit....... I live in Briarcliff Manor have 1 1/2 acres of land a heated 50 foot free form pool with waterfall, a heated greenhouse with water and lights and a gazebo also fitted with electricity and lights. There are lights throughout the yard/pool area. The grounds were professionally landscaped and have a park like setting. We have a professional custom traditional kitchen that was featured in a designer’s magazine. Cherry wood Cabinets (commercial appliances and wok) large center island, granite countertops (including full granite backsplash. It's a colonial home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths a den/home office and a small in-law or live in nanny apartment at back of home with a finished partial basement. Fireplace in the dinning room. Just to answer your question a bit.
