Dobbs Ferry is not at all like what you're describing. It's very blue collar working American. There is a small section of million-dollar homes, but its SMALL. I know the area very well and it's economically diverse. Good access to NYC. Good schools. Not stuck up in the least. The affluent towns in Westchester include Scarsdale, Larchmont, Bronxville, Bedford (northern Westchester), and Rye. Dobbs Ferry is not even in the same arena as these others.
