On March 2, 2018, two or three trailer trucks flipped over on the Tappen Zee, apparently Rockland-bound. Each happened when there was a ban on those trucks due to high wind. Was there any other cause found in addition to the wind? Excessive speed? Sudden lane change? Did any of the cabs also flip? The news accounts emphasized the blocked highway, with little about the the driver's behavior. Nothing was said about ownership or penalty. Many thanks for more info!
