We are inclined towards Pound Ridge PRECISELY BECAUSE it is a larger, less homogeneous school district where opportunities seem to be plentiful. However, we believe, in the abstract, that Chappaqua and Katonah schools are probably "better." Hoping to get meaningful feedback on parent experience at Pound Ridge Elementary and Fox Lane Middle & HS, rather than (you're an idiot..., duh...). Thanks,
Just a heads up on chappaqua. It has a very wall st. / midtown culture. Lots of families where both spouses are in highflying careers or SAHMs who left highflying careers but did not let go of the competitive mentality. Consider carefully if thats the kind of environment you want to live in.

If the sole criteria for your decision is the school district and no other factors than I would go with Chappaqua.

Chappaqua School District is one of the best in Westchester County. They are up there with Scarsdale School District.
