Please help me with few rows. If you live close by I guess it's easy to find If anybody lives there. It's very important for me to know if except that bank it's anything else there.

Cristache, what help are you looking for exactly? Are you asking what specifically is at that address, or what the area around that address is like? I'm from Putnam/Westchester area in NY and worked in Pleasantville for a couple years, so I can help to tell you what the area is like, but as I am currently living in Kansas City, Missouri, I can't run down the street and tell you what's at that exact address. Do you just want a general idea of what the neighbourhoods are like, specifically Washington Ave?

I live on Washington. When I get home from work I'll check out that address and tell you what's there. It's a nice street to live on, by the way. Very close to the downtown. Because of that, the street is a bit busy, but it's not too bad.

Number 17 is the Chase bank. Unless there are apartments somewhere above it (don't think so), I don't see what they could be selling you. Sounds like a scam.
