Do you need the distance from WESTCHESTER to Newark or NYC to Newark?
And are you looking for the distance to Newark, the city or the airport?
It all depends on how you plan to travel. Would this be by automobile?

Use mapquest dot com. It will tell you distance, est. driving time, and even a turn-by-turn description of how to get there. For public transport: AirTrain Newark > From Newark Liberty > To Westchester

The places you are asking about are large, and an accurate estimate of distance between them cannot be given without the addresses or, in the case of Westchester, the name of the town. Your best bet is to follow irvm's advice above and do a mapquest.com search.
Good luck!

Do not live in Westchester if you want to work in Newark, NJ. The commute from Westchester County to Newark, NJ is going to be very difficult.
I would suggest living in New Jersey or possibly even in Manhattan near the NJ Transit or PATH trains to Newark.

If you will be working in Newark, you would be much better off living in New Jersey. The prices are much more reasonable than NYC and many parts of New Jersey are close enough so you can enjoy the NYC Nightlife and weekends.
All the best!
