Default Yoga close (20 mins) to Tarrytown
Hi,
I am a complete beginner and am looking for a yoga class. I'd be willing to drive up to 20 minutes from Tarrytown. Is there anyone who can personally recommend a teacher/studio? I tried the Tarrytown rec. dept's yoga but was not happy as the teacher pushed me into a move and actually ended up hurting me.
