White Plains - West of Post Rd, South of Quinby
Can anyone tell me something about the neighborhood in White Plains that is West of Post Road and just south of Quinby? My fiance and I are considering a house in that area. We're in our early 30's. No kids, but plan on it within the next year or so. Any thoughts on the area would be greatly appreciated. Is it safe? Are the people friendly? Is it family oriented? Is it a neighborhood on the rise, or in decline? I've heard good things about the Higlands. How does it compare? How are the schools? Is it mostly black, white, hispanic, mixed, etc.? Any major negatives or positives?.... Thanks so much in advance.
