quotes from optimum and verison
I have Cablevision (part of Optimum) and verizon telephone service. I have 4 tv's and was quoted by verizon for all three services with the GOLD tv option without DVR @ $135.00/month with an agreement to hold the price for two years. Optimum offered substantially the same package for $153.00/month for one year plus a one-time fee of $40.00 to keep my present phone number. However, I hear so many things about verizon concerning deliberate misinformation about billing, charges, fees, etc. that I am leery about going with them. (google new jersey vs. verizon). Has anyone requjested a sample bill before accepting service from either company?
