How long does it take to sell a Co-Op in Mount Kisco (real estate)

Does anyone know the average length of time a co-op will sit on the market before it sells? last year I was told the average length of time was 6-9 months from listing to close, but I wonder if that is longer now? Thanks.

It all depends on many factors. We are in local real estate business (my husband and I) and it comes down to the pricing, aggressive marketing and where its located, desirability, etc. Its hard to say exactly how long. If its price well, in great condition, upgraded, it should take 3-6 mo's depending on board approval etc. Good luck!
