Looking at coops on Bronxville rd, anyone have any comments on living there? Two bedrooms are asking 359,000 to 399,000

This address is in Yonkers, Bronxville zip. Two blocks over the border from Bronxville village. Nice street of pre-war apartments. You can walk to the Bronxville Metro North.
