Can anyone tell me about the Cottle school in Tuckahoe? What is it like, parent involvement, what are the kids like; little snots or is it diverse, anything really?

Reason: typo
I know several families whose children go to Cottle though I have no personal experience. From what I have heard, Cottle is an excellent elementary school with high parent involvement. It located in a nice family oriented neighborhood (known as Bronxville Manor although its in Tuckahoe) though its services the entire village of Tuckahoe. As far as diversity, I heard that is mostly caucasian though there are also black, hispanic and asian children that attend. I imagine that the population of the district is similar to the population of Tuckahoe which according to city-data is 70% white. Although the parents are very involved, I wouldn't call the kids little snots. I think Tuckahoe is less pretentious than other Westchester towns so the people/kids don't act as snotty as perhaps kids in other towns do. The 3 families I know are very happy with the school and have nothing but great things to say so everything I have heard is positive. Good Luck!
It's one of those weird things where Bronxville Manor is in Eastchester,(not Bronxville!) but the kids go to Tuckahoe schools. Actual town of Tuckahoe is on the other side of Rt. 22. Not that this really makes a difference, but I sort of like to collect the weird factoids.
Bronxville Manor is a nice area. Most people I know who have kids in Tuckahoe schools are pleased. Smaller district than most in the area.
