Default Any advice for selling my apartment in Yonkers!

I listed my 2 bedroom coop for sale in Yonkers late last year then switched realtors in Feb because my first realtor was also my friend and it was not working.

I thought my new realtor would be better but she is not. I am thinking of getting a stager to review my apartment although the prospective buyers that have seen says it shows well. My apartment is clean, no clutter, the price is very competitive etc. It is close to all major highways, shopping, etc

The main problem is my coop board won't allow open houses and my realtor was so aggressive in the beginning and now that she has my listing she is not as excited about promoting it.

At times I think realtors like to collect listings and the more they have the better so they can get a cash flow. No offense to the realtors that really work hard.

Any suggestions...HELP!

I think it is mostly just the economy. People either aren't interested in buying, or when they are do not have the resources to buy (i.e. no money to put as a down payment, 0% down payment mortgages are a thing of the past now). I know a few realtors and most of them tell me that their open houses get almost no visitors.

If you HAVE to sell, you'll probably have to lower your price to a level that results in either a loss or just a level you didn't want it to be at. Good luck!
