Default Senior/Low income housing in lower CT

Hello,

Im inquiring on behalf of my Grandparents who are looking for low income senior housing.

They are looking to pay $500 or so a mo, they are on a fixed income of 2,000 month, and are seniors around the age of 70.

How would I go about getting them into a low income unit in the Fairfield or Westchester county area?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
