Default Train Station Parking for a house in Pleasantville

I am looking at a house with a PO in Pleasantville, Briarcliff Schools and is in town of Mt. Pleasant. I commute into Manhattan so my question is what is the best train station commute for parking and express trains? I've been told that I'm eligable for parking at the Hawthorne and Valhalla train station but it seems far from the house. Pleasantville and Scarborough stations are closer but I don't know if daily parking is available and is it possible to get a monthly parking permit. Thank you so much for your help.

I commute from the Pleasantville station with a resident (village) permit which I had no problem getting - no waiting list. Not sure what the waiting list is for non-residents but you can call the village office and find out. From what I've seen the main lot tends to have spaces available in the morning and doesn't fill up until after 9:00 am. There is metered parking available and there are additional lots on adjacent streets. I would definitely call the office.
