Default Clubhouse Dr, Carmel NY
Can anyone tell me what is going on at 138 Clubhouse Drive in Carmel NY? why do they have 3 units on the market at the same time?

It appears to be a condo complex.

This is a 8 unit apartment complex. 4 units are townhomes, the other are 4 small one bedrooms. The smaller units do not have reserved parking and can park in front of the building only in summer months, then need to park in rear of building all other months. This was orignally a clubhouse back in the days for the lake carmel community, then it was turned into a resturant, and then in 1985 it was turned into an apartment building.
