What have homes been selling for in Westchester the past 6 months? Where can I go to get this information? Nothing shows up on Trulia or Zillow and I find it hard to believe that nothing has been selling! Specifically looking in Croton or Pleasantville. Thank you! (if anyone can give me anecdotal or first hand info that would be appreciated....)

On a recent radio show they were comparing area stats county by county. Westchester sales are up 9% compared to last year but prices are down 1%. Do any of you agents out there see it differently?

Westchester Median home sales volume is down 20 something percent, but median home prices are down 16.3% compared to the same quarter last year. http://www.wpmls.net/other_documents...hartsFinal.pdf
