I'm assuming you mean the high tension lines running from N to S through westchester....
Years ago we looked at a house in the area under those same lines and quickly decided against it even though the house was beautiful and aggressively priced (cause of proximity to lines). Why?
1. There are lots of other houses available - it's not like there isn't enough inventory, especially now.
2. There's a certain segment of the market that simply won't want to be under power lines, regardless of their alleged safety.
3. Hence when you eventually sell, your job is going to be that much tougher.
4. Somebody could, in the future, determine that there ARE safety risks (and plenty of people believe that there are anyway.)
5. They look terrible.
Presumably the listing price reflects this, but why put yourself in that position? No upside except discounted pricing.
