Default Rye Brook, which Metro North station?

The closest one seems to be Port Chester, but looking at the schedule, I don't see an express to Grand Central. So would it be Greenwich or Rye? What station do Rye Brook residents typical use to go into Grand Central via express? And would you elaborate on parking. I get the feeling that's not easy.

Most people in Rye Brook use Rye or Port Chester. I would say more use Rye, but because of long waiting list for parking in Rye- alternative would be Port Chester- which has less of a waiting list and more metered parking. Rye has the express train to GC, but Port Chester is a stop before Rye- so only a couple of extra minutes.

Thanks. What about some kind of town bus to the stations?
