We are earthy, artsy, foodie, sporty, ocean-lovers. We like unique, funny, interesting, down-to-earth people. We so love our Whole Foods, farmers market, outdoor spaces, access to town centers cities. We are 26 and have a one year old. We look forward to having more kids.
Hmm, Oregon? Florida? I would go with either one. Depends on if you like mountians, skiing, seasons changing, or perpetual sun. Both are great places to live.
She's looking for a place near Rhode Island (saw another post). No idea how you landed here, but there is nowhere in Westchester than would fit that description. I'd say Santa Cruz or San Diego, but that's not very close.
Still, I'd say screw the family and head to San Diego anyday over RI.
Thanks! Most of my extended family is in Larchmont and the city. Some of Philly, and more in RI. NY is central, but expensive and crowded. I think you're right. We should move somewhere that suits us well. I think I am feeling so lost about this because we are a growing family. We want to truly plant our roots and stay somewhere. It's difficult to imagine doing so on the west coast, so far from family. I'm torn.
Rhode Island doesn't do it for you? Personally I really like it there.
