Default Ridgehill in Yonkers
Anyone have any info about the Ridgehill Development under construction in Yonkers, accross from Stew Leonards on 87N. What about Father Pat Carroll homes in Yonkers?

Most of the Ridge Hill housing is supposed to be quite expensive, especially for Yonkers. Don't know if the economy has changed that much. I know that (probably reduced now, but just for comparison) that the housing development built next to the Sprain Parkway across from the golf course was initially going for $600K+.
