Default buying a car?
What town in or near Westchester would be the best bet for buying a car?
I haven't decided on the make or model, but will probably go for a Toyota.
Are there any secrets? Like buying in CT or NJ compared to NY?

Interesting question. IMO your best bet is to go on Edmunds, find out the "invoice" price and don't pay more than that. Also don't let them charge you silly fees like undercoating or etching the windows. When they tell you it's already done, tell them to find you a new car that doesn't have it done because you didn't ask for it.
