Logistics of moving to Westchester County (Eastchester, Scarsdale: house, to live in, electric)

The house is sold in GA and the new one bought in here - please please help with the following:

-cable companies
-phone companies
-electric
-gas
-is water/sewage/recycling is thru the county?
-pest control companies

Where are you from in GA? We used to live in Atlanta (we're southerners) and we just bought a house in Scarsdale! Moving there in August.
