I'm never sarcastic I'm just glad housing bottomed in June of '09 and unemployment never went above 8.5% thanks to the bailouts and stimulus.

On a serious note anyone have any stats on the months of supply on homes "valued" 300k+ in the area?

And don't forget the FTHB tax credit - those who took advantage of the $8K tax credit are a lot better off than those who sat on the sidelines but saved themselves $20K because they did not buy...

Months of Inventory in WNC? It's probably more than 12.5 months even before you add in the shadow inventory....

It's going to get a lot worse...
