Looking For Home Rental in Morganton Area (Hickory, Marion: credit score, houses)

I have just accepted a post with a firm in Morganton. I do NOT want to purchase a home. I am looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house with some elbow room, age of house not important.
Particulars : Wife is recuperating from double hip replacement surgery. We have (2) well-behaved medium sized dogs. 21 year old son, and a 9 year old son will accompany us. I have only fair credit due to medical bankruptcy a couple of years back - HOWEVER : We always pay our rent / utilities either on-time or early, and we have references that can verify that fact. Income level in mid 70's. No outstanding bills except for current medical, plus vehicles & everything else has no strings or debts or attachments.
We take care of the property very well, including drywall, light electrical, professional paint, etc. and like to take care of exterior with garden.
If you're willing to take us on, you will be glad you did. We are more than just a credit score, and will treat the home as if it belonged to us. We have owned homes in the past, until about three years ago.
Houses located within 25 miles of Morganton would be great, including Hickory, Marion, etc. We want to take possession by 9/1.
