Hi,
I will look on the usual craigslist etc but thought to ask here too.
Are there any nice apartment/condo developments that are walking distance to downtown Asheville and suitable for a quiet lady aged 65? My mom doesn't drive and will be working downtown. I don't want to find an apartment to then realize it is in an awful street/block etc, needs to be safe and friendly.
She has no pets or car.
