Default Laurel Park, Carriage Park or Creekside

My wife and I are retired and moving to the Hendersonville NC area (she's originally from Asheville). We're looking at homes in Laurel Park, Carriage Park and Creekside. We want to be close to downtown Hendersonville with good access to Asheville, in a quiet neighborhood that's more suburban than urban or rural. Any insight for us on those neighborhoods?

You've visited all of them? Some of them, such as Carriage Park, have houses of widely varying sizes and costs and locations. We are considering CP for a second home (a resale, though the CP folks push custom-built homes; there have been threads on this). Have you looked at Kenmure?
