Bought a place recently without knowing much at all about the town, county or area.
Expect I'll need help with repairs, grading, new driveway, lord only knows!
Want to convert from Oil Heat to Gas, for instance and move the A/C Unit up out of the basement, too.
Looking or contacts, recommended contractors, service companies, sources of building supplies (Cabinets for kitchen, bath fixtures, lumber, etc.)
Also interested in ISP's for computer access, hot spots (if any) and so forth.
Have DAMP BASEMENT - looking for suggestions there as well.
