seeking house rental agencies in Asheville area (real estate, apartment)

Hello. Can anyone recommend real estate rental companies that have properties within driving distance to UNC-A?

My daughter is talking to Alpha Rental and Greybeard and hasn't received responses yet so she needs to broaden her search. BTW, she has dogs and an apartment isn't the best answer right now.

You can find property management companies in Asheville online, or contact a real estate company and ask if they have a property management division. I know a realtor in Asheville if you want to PM me (I don't know that her office has any rentals but she might have ideas), but I'd think you could find several easily enough. Doesn't the university have a housing office with listings from off-campus companies and individuals looking to rent out houses (or looking for roommates; sure the dogs make things more difficult but no harm asking). You might at least phone them to ask for ideas on finding places that accept dogs. Your daughter can't be the first person with the same objective.

I would phone companies rather than sending e-mail.

agree. she finally heard back from a real estate company after she followed up and called and made an appointment to view properties. I think the companies get so many 'i love asheville' well meaning requests that they put all on the back burner until follow up and interest is shown.

Anyway, thanks for the positive response. Hopefully she and husband to be will find a place so he will know she is safe and settled before he deploys.
