Default Blackberry Creek - McDowell County

The Waterfront Group is offering an acreage sale next Saturday at Backberry Creek. Location is near or around Marion in McDowell County. The land prices seem very reasonable. Does anyone know of Blackberry Creek or the Waterfont Group? The sale is next Saturday the 6th by appointment only. Any info or feelings on this?
Thanks

Suggest you look at the entire real estate market in that area. There are quite a few developments offering extremely expensive lots. But if you look at other areas, costs are much less. You are buying a clubhouse, a gatehouse and some amenities. Which is OK, if that's what you want. But when I see Mountainaire in Burnsville selling lots for, what, $300,000, and you can go down the road a little and buy several acres for half that...well...
