we are moving in the area wnc. I am from europe, ro. would I feel lonely there. I am moving with my family.....and I leave all my friends here. is wnc a friendly place for a european ? I've been to usa before, my husband is american but we never stayed more than 2 months at a time.I'll be waiting. we move in november

I used to live in WNC, and now live in NYC. I work at a university and have had several Graduate Assistants from Eastern Europe. I currently have a GA and close friend from Georgia (NOT Atlanta).
