Default seeking rental near penland
I was looking to move up to burnsville or spruce pine in the next couple of weeks. I'm interested in a small house with a small garage or shed (with power). I went up and looked around this week but could not find anything. Does anybody have any suggestions as to finding a house to rent for the winter? Thank you.

Check with one of the real estate agents. There's never much in the newspapers. I think you might just have to keep asking around. There may be more privately-owned rentals.
