And many working people, especially low-wage workers, can't miss work, that's part of what causes such low turnout. They certainly just can't miss MORE work and class to have to add the time to walk/take the bus because there will be no parking, and then stand in line for a polling place that serves SIX TIMES as many voters as what the standard is supposed to be.

There is no such thing as in person voter impersonation.

Project Veritas

Strangely there are always two sides to every story. This right-winger James O'Keefe not only doctors and edits the films that are brought to him but lies about the circumstances. The people in question that supposedly voted as non-citizens were in fact citizens who were harassed by phone calls two weeks before the undercover filming.
All Veritas does is ask regular citizens with no training to spy on people and send the videos to them, where they can edit and cut to their hearts content. This is NOT journalism, it is more akin to vigilantism and propaganda.

The majority of voter fraud is on a large scale by misinformation, deception, intimidation, disenfranchisement and ballot manipulation.

Here is a mathematical principle one may use with the proliferation of information out there: The degree of ignorance on any given subject is directly proportional to the amount of information available about it.

The word is "Cite", not "Site".

And, since it only took a few moments to prove the blanket statement "all you find on the internet are anecdotes" false, the goal post moving has already begun.

I agree. I am also under the impression they would do ANYTHING to take away the chance of early voting. first they close two out of three polling locations and leave them with a SINGLE spot where people have to fight over 35 parking spots (for how many thousand of people ?) then they cut the two weeks early voting time window down to one and eliminated same day registering. also, they only accept in state DL (as far as I know no other state does that ... thinks students ... think leaning left ...).
correct me if those facts are wrong.

about 70% of the early voters are estimated to vote democratic.

and all they did is 'making voting more convenient. muhaha ... what a joke !!

One small step for man, one giant leap backward for mankind. Perhaps our beloved Legislators can find a way to put the toothpaste back in the tube.

(re-post with correct link)

A segment from the Rachel Maddow Show showing how the Republicans on the Watauga BoE had the truth about their "money-saving" elections plan (that it won't actually save any money) stricken from the record. This is contrary to standard procedure, where the nonpartisan elections chairperson and her staff create the minutes. But since we already have clear violations of open meeting laws I guess standard procedure is meaningless to the two boys who were recently appointed to the Board.
