WNC Retiree is on a distinguished road
Question Winter Living in WNC
We would like to live 3-4 months a year in WNC (Jan thru-Mar-Apr) beginning in 2009. Prefer Hendersonville, Asheville or Brevard. Any tips on 2 or 3 BR furnished residences available annually?

Since alot of people have summer homes here I would think finding a winter rental will be easy! Good luck and start w/ local newspapers and real estate offices.

Check your local papers, neighbors, as there are lots of empty houses here now, cause the owners, called "snow birds" are in Florida at the moment.
