Cool Where to go skiing in NC?
I am visiting family in Charlotte, nc and wanted to know where is a good place to go skiing? i do not mind driving. Please help!

The "best" ski resorts are not near Asheville. They are in the Northwestern part of the state.

Beech Mountian & Sugar Mountain (both near Boone) are the 2 best in NC. Highest elevations and usually best ski conditions.
