If I come through asheville on the way to Johnson City Tenessee at 5 will there be significant rush hour delays through Asheville?

I-240 to I-26 North would classify as a jam-up at 5:00, particularly on a holiday weekend.

How is Interstate 240 from its eastern terminus at Interstate 40 to Interstate 26 and United States routes 19 and 23 during rush hour?
