Question Subdivisions in Polk County?
Hello everyone, we're seriously considering relocating next year to Polk County. We like its location, plus the schools look great. We currently live in a rural part of NJ with only two neighbors. My kids have lots of friends, but I thought it would be nice for them to be in a subdivision with a community pool and activities. Does this exist in Polk County in the 200,000-300,000ish range? We'll be down in March to tour around the state. Thank you in advance for your replies.
