Default office job prospects?

I'd love to move to the Asheville area. What are the office job prospects there? Something at the Univ. would be great, but they don't seem to have the many openings that I've seen at most universities.

So, some college towns are not hard to get jobs in if you have a degree and no particularly marketable skills, but others college towns are saturated with this type of worker. Which is Asheville?
