We will be in the Asheville/Black Mountain area around the first or second week in May, and I understand that motel rooms will be hard to get at college graduation time.

Can anyone clue me in as to which date(s) that might be, and how far away I might have to go to get a hotel room?

Also, is there more than one college in this area?

Thanks

Brevard College (Brevard, NC)
Mars Hill College (Mars Hill, NC)
Montreat College (Montreat, NC)
South College (Asheville, NC)
Warren Wilson College (Swannanoa, NC)

Most colleges in NC seem to aim for Mother's Day weekend
