A friend wants to relocate from Pennsylvania. Would anyone take a look at the area at 500 JJ Gurry Road in Rutherfordton that is vacant for me? I would be most grateful for input. Thank you in advance!
Helluva house, big, and entry road in is obscured by tree canopy on Goog maps...
Fwiw, elevation is under a thousand feet which translates to 'warm to hot' from May through September, imo.
My friend decided that she wants to look elsewhere and is not sure she wants NC... Oh well. I tried. Than you for your prompt responses. I referred her to this site again! You're fantastic! How do I close this question??? I no longer am familiar..... I know that I need to read all the instructions....

You can't "close" a thread. It lives forever, unless it get hijacked and generates a lot of nasty and/or controversial posts, in which case a moderator will close it.
