Default Looking for insurance agent

Hi, I currently live in W. NC and have been here for 2 years. I have State Farm insurance, but have found the agency where I transferred my policy, to be one of the worst I've worked with, ever!

I am hoping to stay with State Farm and if anyone can recommend an office, as long as it's in NC, I would appreciate that. Looking for good customer service, most importantly!

Thank you!

Default Can recommend an agent

Have used Gary Jensen of the Gary Jensen Insurance Agency (State Farm) in Franklin for years. He continues to write our commercial, residential and vehicle coverage even though we have moved further and further away from Macon County. Currently we are in Lenoir and he personally came out to the house to take the policy verification photographs. He frequently travels to Wilmington and seems to enjoy the business excuse side trips along the way.

As he is usually out of the office, I doubt that you will reach him directly. However, he has a large office staff, many of whom are licensed agents and they have always been able to answer any question that I have put forward to them. The telephone number is 828-524-6461. There is also an 800 number, but I do not have that handy.

Another plus: He is a graduate of UNC.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Flipster for the DM and vq1 for your referral. I will contact both of these offices for more information, which will hopefully resolve my agency issues.

Thanks vq1. I will be needing to change companies when I change states. I would really appreciate that 800#, if you can conveniently find it. I'm planning to move to Lenoir, just not quite yet.

We moved here and use the North Carolina Farm Bureau Agency. It's wonderful!
