My cake decorator's name is Melissa James. She works out of Brevard, NC and her number is (828)877-3533. I'm not sure how far she will travel for cakes, but she did my wedding cake and it was awesome! I actually got to design it myself and she gave me lots of tips and suggestions. It turned out quite beautifully and even months and months after the wedding, people are still talking about it!
