Default real estate taxes in Buncombe County

Hello,

I'm looking for the real estate tax mill rates for Buncombe County.
I went to the County real estate tax page and all I could find was a list with teensy print that I can't read, but mostly I think it was showing the percent valuations, such as 80%, etc. What can I use as a rule of thumb for, say, a house in the price range of $335,000?

Many thanks

Looks to be .525/$100 of valuation in the county and you can double that for the city of Asheville--LJP
